Yesterday was our wedding anniversary...NINE years!!! I can't believe we have been married for nine years already! Time sure does fly. I am pretty lucky to be married to my best friend though. Since we just went to Mexico, we decided to stay in for our anniversary. Jason requested lasagna for supper. I have my standby recipe, but I wanted to try something different. So I made Tyler Florence's 'ultimate lasagna'. It was a lot of work, but turned out looking great! It tasted good, but we both decided that we like our usual recipe better. This recipe was very 'meaty'. Happy Anniversary pooks!
