Bedford Springs

Jason had a conference at Bedford Springs last week, and I was lucky enough to tag along with him. My mom and Jason's mom were here to hold down the fort at home. We did put Drake in a kennel to lighten the load a bit. Jason had to attend several meetings, but we still had plenty of time to hang out and relax! I got to enjoy the spa for a pedicure and an aromatherapy massage. It was heavenly!! We had some great food and wine! We enjoyed two nights out by the campfire as well. It was a much needed break from our crazy life and I enjoyed every second of it!!

Chief Visits

Jason's grandfather, we call him Chief, came to visit us for five days. It was so nice to see him! Jason's parents were here with us as well! Chief is 90 years old, so we didn't have a packed itinerary or anything. We took him on a tour of the property and a tour of the house. He sat on the porch and watched the girls play. He went to church. He, Chris, and Jason fixed some outdoor lanterns. And other than that, we had good food and good conversation. We even got a picture of Chief, Chris, Jason, and Nolan....four generations of de Wolfe men!! We love you Chief and enjoyed having you here with us!!
